• Orders placed on Sundays, public holidays, or non-working days will be processed on the next working day.

Once the order is processed, our team will prepare it for dispatch. Orders are generally dispatched within 3 working days from the date processing begins, subject to product availability and order verification.

2. Shipping & Courier Partners

We ship orders across India through reputed top rated third-party courier and logistics partners. The courier partner selected may vary depending on the delivery location, service availability, package size, and PIN code coverage.

Orders are generally shipped via surface shipping mode, unless otherwise specified.

Estimated transit times exclude order processing and dispatch time (up to 3 working days).

6. Non-Delivery Due to Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address, contact number, and PIN code at the time of placing the order.

If an order is delayed, returned, or undelivered due to incorrect information provided by the customer, additional reshipping charges may apply.

7. Refusal to Accept Delivery

If a customer refuses delivery after shipment, or the package is returned due to non-availability of the customer, incorrect address, or repeated failed delivery attempts, The Light Kart reserves the right to deduct applicable shipping, return shipping, and handling charges from any refund amount.

8. Limitation of Liability

Under no circumstances shall The Light Kart be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or business losses arising from shipping or courier delays, including delays caused by third-party logistics providers.

Our responsibility is limited to processing and dispatching the order within the timelines stated herein.
