- Orders placed before 8:00 AM are generally processed on the same working day.
- Orders placed after 8:00 AM will be processed on the next working day.
- Orders placed on Sundays, public holidays, or non-working days will be processed on the next working day.
Once the order is processed, our team will prepare it for dispatch. Orders are generally dispatched within 3 working days from the date processing begins, subject to product availability and order verification.
2. Shipping & Courier Partners
We ship orders across India through reputed top rated third-party courier and logistics partners.
The courier partner selected may vary depending on the delivery location, service availability, package size, and PIN code coverage.
Orders are generally shipped via surface shipping mode, unless otherwise specified.

4. Tracking Information
Once your order has been dispatched, tracking details will be updated on our website and/or shared via email/SMS/WhatsApp (where applicable).
Customers are encouraged to use the tracking number for real-time shipment updates.
5. Delays Beyond Our Control
While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, The Light Kart shall not be held liable or responsible for delays caused by third-party courier companies or circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:
- Courier network delays
- Weather conditions, floods, storms, natural disasters
- Political unrest, strikes, lockdowns, transport disruptions
- Public holidays or local restrictions
- Incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer
- Delays in reaching remote or non-serviceable areas
- Operational delays at courier hubs or logistics centers
Any delivery timelines displayed on the website are estimated timelines only and should not be considered guaranteed delivery commitments.
6. Non-Delivery Due to Incorrect Address
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address, contact number, and PIN code at the time of placing the order.
If an order is delayed, returned, or undelivered due to incorrect information provided by the customer, additional reshipping charges may apply.
7. Refusal to Accept Delivery
If a customer refuses delivery after shipment, or the package is returned due to non-availability of the customer, incorrect address, or repeated failed delivery attempts, The Light Kart reserves the right to deduct applicable shipping, return shipping, and handling charges from any refund amount.
8. Limitation of Liability
Under no circumstances shall The Light Kart be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or business losses arising from shipping or courier delays, including delays caused by third-party logistics providers.
Our responsibility is limited to processing and dispatching the order within the timelines stated herein.
